3point5.com enjoys receiving feedback from Sales Professionals, Manufacturers and Retailers. We utilize the feedback to improve our products and services. A favorite feedback tool of ours is the survey (Note: We make survey tools available to every manufacturer and subscribing retailer on 3point5.com). Published below for your knowledge are recent results of a few of our questions targeted at Sales Professionals training on 3point5.com.

Over 90% agree or strongly agree that: "After completing 3point5.com training, I feel better prepared to speak with customers about manufacturers' products."
Note: We are working towards the coveted perfect score of 100%. May be some day?!

Over 90% agreed or strongly agree that: "The training I have completed on 3point5.com has increased the likelihood that I will purchase products from 3point5.com manufacturers for my own personal use."
Note: We find that voting with cash (making purchases) and wearing product are clear indicators of brand loyalty on the shop floor.

Over 85% agreed or strongly agree that: "The discount received was worth the time it took to complete the 3point5.com training."
Note: This may sound counter intuitive, but we don't want to hit 100% on this one. We want to strike a balance between too easy and too hard. A score in the 80s sounds right to us.
